Your Brain on Track - Doing this together

The Approach

Your Brain on Track is a sport and exercise consulting company that uses mental training techniques and tools to help people become the best versions of themselves.

This is done through a collaborative approach. We do not know what is best for any person with certainty, but when we work with you then we can both find the solution that is the right fit. The solution that will help your brain get back on the right track.

Our services cover two different styles. The first is focused on mental performance that can help you gain the edge in your sport, business, or performance. The second is using mental skills to help you become a more well-rounded individual who can seize excellence, but also balances the person you are under whatever you do.

Your Brain on Track specializes in mental training techniques, team culture work, and person over performance mindset shifts. Services are offered to teams, individuals, and any group of individuals with a shared goal.

RJ Lynch, M.S., CMT-100HR, MHFA Certified, Founder

RJ Lynch is the founder of Your Brain on Track. He is originally from Southeast Wisconsin, where he was primarily a track and field athlete. RJ received his BS in Exercise and Sport Science with a minor in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse, where he ran for the track team, was a strength intern for the athletic department, and was an assistant track coach for De Soto High School, helping to lead the women’s team to its first conference championship in decades.

Afterward, he completed his MS at the University of Wisconsin – Green Bay, where he learned about mental skills and how to apply them for performance gains, all while serving as an intern strength coach serving all the teams on campus. He was able to start a Mindful Monday activity that served any athletes interested and left the foundations for an injury support group to serve athletes after his departure. The internship that he completed and the research that he spearheaded at Green Bay positioned him to give a lecture and workshop at the Association for Applied Sport Psychology’s annual conference.

RJ’s specialties are in mindfulness, completing the mindful sport performance enhancement teacher training, and meditation, completing his teacher training certification. He is skilled in numerous techniques and driven by a desire to help others reach the pinnacle they are searching for.
